Can I have guests stay overnight?
Absolutely! Our community is your home. Your guests can stay in your residence or if you need more space, they are welcome to stay in one of our guest suites for a fee.
What’s included in monthly rent and fees?
Cost will vary depending on whether you choose to call our Active Adult Cottages or Independent Living Apartments home. To find out exactly what’s included, reach out to us directly or fill out our contact form and someone on our team will get right back to you.
Can I bring my own furniture?
Yes, your apartment will be furnished by you, and you should create a space that reflects your personal taste.
