The Happiness Guarantee program is exclusively available to new residents of Verena at Hilliard. Current and past residents are not eligible to participate in this program. The program applies solely to our Independent Living apartments; Active Adult cottages do not qualify. The month-to-month leasing option is only available during a new resident’s first year in the community. Verena at Hilliard reserves the right to adjust the terms and conditions of the program.
